By 2003, their invoice approval software, AvidInvoice, was enabling companies to route invoices electronically and create intelligent workflows to automate their accountspayable processes. In 2015, AvidXchange acquired Strongroom, an industry leader in the Home Owner Associations (HOA) space.

And then we kind of woke up 2015, 2016 and said, well, there’s obviously an opportunity here. And for those that have a younger generation of kids they’re growing up in an environment where paper checks arent even part of their, you know, repertoire about how they pay bills. Those have typically been our headache.
So Justin was the founder of a company called Strong Room, which we acquired back in the 2015 timeframe.
